Markéta Kolínová

Mgr. Michal Šrámek

Michal is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Masaryk University in Brno. Already during his studies, thanks to internships in several law firms, he gained experience across the entire legal spectrum, which gives him the opportunity to look at the issue of international business in a broader context. His specialization is international corporate law with an overlap in the area of AML and corporate compliance. Michal also focuses on opening bank accounts for foreign entities, where he regularly monitors developments in this area and is thus able to respond flexibly to various client requirements.

Jaroslav Karas

Jaroslav is in charge of internal company processes, where he constantly tries to find room for improvement and efficiency. His work also includes communication with clients and administrative tasks connected with the establishment of new companies, either abroad or in the Czech Republic. His activities also include communication with the commercial register, trade office, notary and lawyers with whom we cooperate when setting up companies.

Ing. et Ing. Pavel Urban

Pavel is a graduate of technical cybernetics at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen and a graduate of personnel management and business economics and management at the University of Economics in Prague. In 1996, he became a tax advisor (KDP CR) and since 2003 he has been an auditor (KAČR).

Pavlo’s work is primarily responsible for quality control of accounting and consulting services, accounting for selected entities, processing financial statements according to Czech and international accounting standards, compiling statements and reports. He specializes in solving complicated accounting cases, methodical accounting and processing tax returns.

He provides general tax advice for clients both from the point of view of substantive law in the field of direct and indirect taxes, with a specialization in personal income tax, corporate income tax, value added tax and selected elements of international taxation from the point of view of Czech legislation, as well as from the point of view of tax process. Last but not least, he deals with managing the personnel and payroll agenda.

Bc. Tereza Jůnová

Tereza has been billing for almost 10 years. She studied accounting while studying at the Faculty of Operational Economics of the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague. He has experience in accounting for companies with various economic activities as well as accounting for natural persons. Her main work is regular bookkeeping, processing of VAT returns, control and summary reports. It also processes income tax returns. Checks whether the returns are processed and sent to the relevant authorities on time. It also sends clients regular reports on the state of their finances.

Tereza Rybáčková

Tereza deals with the processing of VAT documents and its subsequent declaration. At the same time, she takes care of non-payment of value added tax, with whom she records documents for income tax and issues tax returns. She also registers company employees with relevant institutions (ÚP, ČSSZ, ZP). She is currently studying Finance, Accounting and Taxes at the Faculty of Economics and Administration of the Masaryk University in Brno.
