Unlike our competitors, we list final prices that include all fees and expenses. We care that you are in control of your money, so with us you always know exactly how much you will pay.

In order to preserve the anonymity of directors and shareholders, we also offer the following services:
Nominee (appointed) director – natural person EUR 500 per year (including one general power of attorney notarized and apostilled)
Nominee shareholder – natural person EUR 500 per annum (including Declaration of Trust)

Delay in delivery of documents 1 month – 115 EUR
Further delay – EUR 55 / week
Verification of copies via RA – 80 EUR / set
Translations of documents via RA – 40 EUR / page

Fees for setting up offshore bank accounts will be determined on an individual basis depending on the complexity of the client’s requirement.
